    • $165 per session (50-55 minutes)
    • $225 per extended session (90 minute session)
    • A $5 processing fee will be added to all Credit/Debit/HSA Card transactions.


    I accept Checks (made out to Nick McCollum Counseling), as well as Credit/Debit/HSA Cards for payment. (Please note that a $5 processing fee will be added to all card transactions.) Generally, clients choose to save their card information on file for ease of payment. All card information is processed and kept secure via Square Payments.


    I am not paneled by any insurers and do not file insurance or third party billing claims. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, however, it is sometimes possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
    Insurance companies often require a diagnosis before reimbursing for mental health services. With that knowledge, many clients choose not to file for coverage in order to prevent a diagnosis from being added to their medical records

    I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • What information is needed for reimbursement?
    • Is a diagnosis required in order for me to be reimbursed for counseling?

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You will be charged the full session fee for a missed appointment if you fail to notify me within 24hrs of your scheduled time and are unable to reschedule for another appointment time in the same week (emergencies and illnesses expected at the counselor’s discretion).
